What is Naturopathic Medicine? Is it right for me?
Naturopathic medicine, or naturopathy, is the health care system that combines both modern science and natural forms of medicine. It is based on the belief that the body can heal itself. Naturopathic medicine allows the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease using various natural therapies including but not limited to: clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture.
Of course, Naturopathic Medicine isn’t right for everyone. As a Toronto Naturopathic Doctor, I strongly suggest booking a consultation to learn about alternative methods to treat an existing illness or to conduct preventative measures leading to a healthier lifestyle.

This begins with a full evaluation of your current health status during your initial consultation. Only then can we build a plan for you to achieve your optimal health goals.
I strive upon providing long lasting & honest results that won’t fade over time. The naturopathic treatments and natural remedies that I provide are designed specifically for your body and your health needs.
